My Tiny Dancer

It's official. Rox loves ballet. She liked martial arts, but she never got as excited about it as she does for ballet class. A friend of mine told me about this lady doing dance out of her home and I got excited. I was planning to put her in dance anyway and this just worked out perfectly. Each week Rox comes home and shows me new dance moves that she has learned and will sing songs that I've never played for her at home. It's fun to see her gain more independence and to find things that she loves (besides bunnies of course). Keep dancing my baby girl!! I honestly don't know if she's good, but if she loves it then that's good enough for me!

Football Portraits

When your son misses picture day for his freshman year of football then have no fear, just have someone take some pictures of him in his uniform. He may not be in the team picture, but that's okay, your vacation was probably way more fun anyway. Go Fight Win!

Pole Vaulting

The main reason we went to California when we did was to see my niece Billie compete in pole vaulting. She is a freshman this year in high school and has been pole vaulting all year. I really wanted to watch one of her meets and it just so happened that when we were there we got to go to two meets. It was great. In her second meet Billie got a PR of 9 feet! It was so exciting to watch. My mom came down for one of her meets and it was fun just being able to take pictures of Billie while my mom and sister chased after Roxie the whole time.

Oops...don't think the bar was supposed to fall.

Flying!!

Old Pueblo 2012

For some reason when bike races start off with running it always makes me laugh. It's just awkward.
