Her wrinkled little feet are my favorite. Oh wait...maybe her little lips. Maybe her hands. Maybe everything about her. I didn't even know babies could be this perfect.

She's here!

She was 8 days late, but she's here, happy, and healthy!! And I couldn't be more in love with her if I tried.

Watson Lake

We went for a little hike around Watson Lake last weekend. It was a bit much for my 38 week pregnant self, but the kids loved it! It was a perfect way to spend the afternoon as a family of four before little baby girl gets here.

Happy birthday to my mom!

My mom's birthday is next week. I also happen to be due to have a baby on that same day. So we sent her some birthday balloons up to heaven a week early to celebrate. Let's be honest, who knows what next week will look like. I can't believe I made it to 39 weeks!!

Every princess needs a pet dinosaur

Rox informed me on our road trip that every princess needs a pet dinosaur, and this one looked friendly.

37 weeks

The final countdown is on. My energy is gone. My kids are getting antsy. The weather is heating up. And this baby and my belly just keep getting bigger.

5th Birthday Buddies

These two have been friends since they were born and they're friendship is one of the sweetest little things around. I sure do love their annual birthday photo shoot together!

The Salt River and Butcher Jones

Last week the kids and I headed up the Salt River for some outdoor exploring. We made two stops, one along the river and one at the lake. It was such a fun day and it even included a picnic!

My kids have recently started playing well together. It makes me happy even if it includes dirty looks at me and making messes on the table.

Little Ryder

A few months ago Ryder had a crash at the bike park and was scared to go back there. Today he conquered his fears and was once again flying all over the bike park with the biggest smile on his face. I sure do love this kid.

Mormon Trail in Phoenix

Yesterday we ventured down to South Mountain's Mormon Trail for a short little hike. Luckily the kids are small and can't go too far for too long because with 10 weeks to go until my due date I can barely keep up with them.

Morning routine

Every morning this kid wakes up hungry. Every morning he gets a yogurt as a pre breakfast snack while I'm typically still in bed. So grateful for lactose free options so I can be lazy just a little bit longer.

Snow!

I bundled my little kids up and headed north today to check out the snow. Over four hours in the car for just over an hour of playing was worth it. My kids actually did much better than I expected, just not sure it will happen again this year.

Out with my boy

I took my little guy on a hike today.

He spent more time playing with his trucks than he actually did hiking. Oh well, at least he was happy.

New backdrop

For Christmas my in-laws gave me a photo backdrop. Last year they gave me some studio lights. Now the tricky part begins of learning a whole new way to take photos. So much to learn, but I'm excited. If you need me, I'll be practicing in my garage.
