Valentine Kids Shoot

Today there were 9 kids in my house ages 4 and younger. It was a little crazy at times, but I don't think anyone minded (unless our neighbors did). We took pictures, the kids played, and there were yummy snacks to be had. What started out as a quick email to a couple of people to come over turned into a little lunch party. Honestly it wore me out, but that's okay. It did keep me nice and distracted and I was able to get a good nap in the afternoon. It's all about distractions these days right?!?

I wasn't really thinking and I had a white back drop for these pictures. I also didn't have very much space. Those are the 2 things I would change for next time. I would find a bigger area than my cramped kitchen to take pictures and I would have a different colored background. Live and learn right?!? Oh well, for just a fun little afternoon I think we got some keepers.

Let's be honest. Roxie slept almost the entire time everyone was at our house. After everyone left I managed to get a couple of the Rox. She is turning into quite the ham these days and I love it!!
